I was thinking about lvling up another BO to be able to have a sub but i didn't know
additional crew that i needed to lvl up. What other additional crew do you need for a
sub other than the BO?

Since the SS R Type has 4 sailor support slot and 4 on ship..
2 Torpedo, 1 Sonar, 1 Planesman, 1 BO.. Leaving you with 3 slots left.
I would personally go with 3 engy or 2 engy and 1 restore on my sub =D..

2 torpedo men, a sonarman, and a planesman. Really, you can find this info anywhere.
