u just need lvl 30 planesman full of rookies to start with full air tank, no matter the
lvl of the sub,same nation as SS ofc, that shouldn't be problem
either way u are dead most of the time when u surface so no big deal

Im really hoping that by ship you mean submarine, because planesmen do nothing
for ships.

Try it works, it might get you screwed for one game but then you know. If you
decide to test it... Lemme know if it works :)

I agree with the "Try it" suggestion.

In summary, UK and MN planesman should work at minimal air recharge rate, but IJN or KM
might not give you air at the start.

Try it. If your air is full at the start then yes. if its not, then no.
