Armament sailor for AA, best guns and use?

Sirianstar	I'm training a pair of 10 12 gunners to become AA at higher level(lvl 70 or more, it depends on my patience). they already hit lvl 29, wonder what i can use with them effectively, for now i'm exping them in an emeral, later i will put on a bb as T slots. apart hedgehogs(too costly for my fundings) i tried using them with lvl21 guns with AA and He loaded. but they seem quite ineffective as AA. i also dont know what guns i can use with them, it seems lvl 21 is the max gun i can operate with them? depth charge would be another option, but it seems and bad choice as they tk urself and u hurt ur exp outcome. i accept any ideas

richardphat	EDIT: I think it is better if you stick with HH. There are really no guns for armament sailor that will fit your taste. The QF 4,5" would be the solution as they have a fairly good damage, and moderate range. However, since you dislike its reload the guns won't make you feel good.

Sirianstar	at last i resorted to use them for depth charges in my emerald , and using my main gunners for doing AA... lvl18 qf guns arent good, yes 80 damage, but really slow with so low level gunners...

Audessy	Well here's my setup... I got a pair of 11acc/11rld gunners and used either the QF or RP guns for dual purpose aa/anti ship. Once they reached 50 I classed them to 2nd AA gunner. I'm not going to ever class them to 1st AA because you lose 5acc and 5 reload in trade for 3 aaw (useless). I'm currently running 80 vets and full experts with boosts and they work great. I heard somewhere that the higher you class the more crew growth you get. However I don't see it as being worth it especially if you're going to use pom poms.
