When you get the guns, Scroll up to the list of Dual guns. The only USN Duals that don't
move up to the rest of the dual guns is the lvl 110 18" guns.

Make sure your Gunners were reach the level.Then you can see the guns when you are
selecting guns.

The gun listing on this site is obsolete (Those guns were removed in... 2008?). The only
14" duals still around are the Mark 9, which first appear at level 57. (This is not a bad
thing; the old guns had remarkably poor range)

In the future, I recommend trainworld.us for these things.

You need to make sure your GUNNERS are at the right level, not just the BO. Also
make sure your gunners are classed up to the highest possible class, or they wont
be able to select the guns.
