Can't see any quad barrel or other guns KGV

Hi
I just got the KGV, and i have a pair of level 74 gunners, and i can't see any quad barrel
guns, i think there should be a 13" set, and i can't see the double barrel RP12's either,
does anyone know why?

13" would be the Dunkerque premium guns, they cannot be used on any other ship.

Ah thanks, the nf shipyard appears to think that they're level 74 but i shall take your
word, and the fact that i can't see any.
