It's only 100% refund if you have a cool fleet. Otherwise, you just pay your entry fees.

You've also been playing FW CVs for years. I'm fairly sure that the total value of ships
+ equipment + credits on my account is under 10 million. And when you consider the need
for 'normal' ships and AA boats for 4 IJN (Kita, Sub, BB, CV) and 1.5 US (BB) crews, much
of that money is unavailable. (I'm often running at well under 1 million free.)

Also, when I first got my Penn 43:

Well , credits are kinda short on Nelson due to it growing with GB2 . But hey, when it
comes to point i always give some to people who need em.
