KGV Spped Cap?

notyad	So I am running a an AWed KGV--I currnetly run at 21/35 with 4 base 11 bve lvl 76 engys and was wondering if that was the speed cap? I am at full dispalcement. If not what is and about what level/how many engys are needed to hit it? I have a total of 6 engys but there are only 5 slots if a sout is carried. thanks

richardphat	Every base speed has its own speedcap. There is a formula OH max=trunc(1,7*base_speed) formula valid for all except for ss .

notyad	Thanks for the quick responce! As a quick followup--am I correct in assuming that once I hit the OH cap on one set up I ahve hit it for all potential setups on a specific ship? Or does a SW have different requred Engy ability to Speed cap thatn an AW?
