If I remember right the Cap is somewhere near 3800 FP Ability with 120 vets 300 experts
and remaining rookies.

I wish the day that sde will give more information, etc. about that cap why is it all a
black hole.

None of us knows the asnwer.
Only, SDE and its staff may know. Chance that they leak this info is small.
