janz009	a quick question: guys imagine that your BB4 or BB5 Crew are lvl 108 is it ok to dispatch all the rookies of your crew??

Nubbles	It does actually. Had that on one of my fighters (this was prior to vet death patch). Veterens and experts die as often as on a rookie'd pilot.

jiejie	i wonder if the rookies has dispatched all, will the fatal percentage of experts and vets higher? im curious about this.

corvusr	Keeping your Rooks full allows you to maximize your experts for greater ability... More experts = more vet chances. You can't have too many of them. Unless it is an exception from above.

Tolwyn9999	Don't remove ALL recruits. It is good to have a few as a meatshield when someone lays the smackdown on you.

MB52	Remove a few and you'll see why you shouldn't. As soon as you don't have 100% rooks, you start losing ability. Its only really feasible if you do so on a sailor that does not require full ability. (BO on a CV)
