for me the easiest grind was KM, followed by US and UK, the hardest is IJN (speaking of
the grind to lvl 80, after wards its more or less a personal preference). Why KM is the
easiest? Thats because of the emden/moltke grind. emden gives the most XP of all CLs, so
does the moltke and as those are also AA-ships mainly you get the biggest amount of
experts, so you dont need to buy them and have a lot earlier a good crew without spending
a lot of money. And dont forget, AA-ships are also very credit friendly.

KM with AA-ships is the most easiest nation to grind.

I would say...

RN = US easy for newbies JUST GET YOUR INFO BEFORE playing !!!
KM=MN(broken) meh in middle, be patiance and don't think your a tank cuz your not.
IJN hard, if played properlly, IN MY OPPINION best BB5 in GB enviroment.

Nation is fun to play.

UK is really good for early leveling, but the grind to king george V to POW last forever,
unless you want to go the other BB line then the nelson grind will also take a long time

Really, any nation will do you well in starting - it's all a matter of asking around.

That said, RN ships have a huge advantage in durability over everyone else, and have
decently hard-hitting guns. You can't quite play the range game, but overall the RN is a
lot more forgiving to newbies than, say, KM or IJN.

Between the RN and the US, it really comes down to personal choice. Either nation is fine
for newbies, although the US has a better AA suite. US BBs are relatively
middle-of-the-road until you reach the Iowa, as opposed to RN BBs, which vary from
Impressive (QE) to Godlike (Nelson / PoW) to Godawful (Repulse).

For a good old-fashioned brawl, close 'n' personal gun-fighting, R.N. is easily the best (having
the most effect armour, and hardest-hitting guns). Personally, however, I found the line a bit
dry gameplay-wise (felt like I was basically having to use the same strategies over and over).

The UK is probably the easiest of the BB lines, so it would be a decent starter.
