The US&UK Rep&Rest do not work at full rate but they do work, also if your
going for BB6/CV6 other nation WILL not work on those ships at all.

if uk repairs/restores work for us at 100%,why we use us repairs/restores

MN works for both allies and axis, read older posts.
About the supports, i agree with the others, BUT:
Engies DONT work, atleast they dont give you speed, ive tried a lvl 112 +12 BVE
engy and it dosent work.
But reps and rests work.

KM can work on IJN but i think only at 50% of what they would do on a KM ship so
unless you have a real high lvl sailor or you have a bunch of low lvl, either way it
would still probbly be better to use same nation sailors the only sailor that doesnt
apply to theses rules are medics.

KM/IJN supports work on both nations' ships, but when on the other nation's ships, I
believe they are only 50% effective (e.g. KM rep on Yamato).

US/UK work the same way.

I think MN worked with everything, but I might be wrong.
