Depend on how much you BVE them.

For regular BVE, (109 vets, full expert boost) acc/rel/rel is the best.

Simply, you get the acc early, so it rank up and allow for great blitz performance. You
wont block before you are out of it, but you'll get decent spread out of the box with all
guns up to CA. The 12" at level will be a bit more random tough. But you hit the acc cap
in the low 60s still.

If you plan on going overboard with vets (like I did cuz of the event :P) rel/rel/rel is
the best. But you might suffer a bit from it if you go NH line, as you hit the 40% vet
limit at that level that is 109 vets. You will however catch up with acc/rel/rel in the
mid 50s due to the true ability added by the vets once the cap gets a bit easier on you.

I actually chose acc/rel/rel even tough i was planning to go overboard with vets for that
reason. Allowed me a great HAW atlanta that could fit all its shell in a CA at max range.

If you however dont have the money/dont wish to spend in that game, then you should go
acc/acc/acc. You will want to get your spread under control the fastest you can, and even
that way, you wont get the acc cap till probably the mid 70s. Hitting the rld cap will
also be a bit hard. (think high 90s to low 100s) (i calculate even a free player can get
bout 80 vets on the gunners the natural way, and 200 expert).

In my experience, most people whoever end up BVEing their gunner at BB stage to enjoy them
better.

I would recommend going Acc/Rel/Rel. The early accuracy helps a lot at low levels and by
the time they hit 1600 ability you should be blocking with the Balt. If you intend to
play in Blitz rooms the gunners will help you own the rooms when using manaul and staying
back using your range.

That was the worst mistake I ever made. Not necessary. It may seem great acc-capping,
but in the end game, even my Level 100 Acc Capped gunners shoot like junk on US BB1s and
2s. Reload is key, because with most BB1s and BB2s, you aren't going to be block-shotting
anyways before 90s and 100s.

the best depends on what weapons they use,use acc for gunners and rld for AA,usn
AA gunner suck so dont go with them because their rld and aaw blows.go

i'd suggest ACC-RLD-RLD simply because the accuracy cap is easier to reach than reload but
the extra accuracy is nice and welcome at lower levels.

i went accuaracy all the way up and my gunners are pretty darn accurate.

but i have rld gnrs for my aa

I remember doing some research and finding that going R-R-R is the best path to take.
R-R-R gunners cap both accuracy and reload in the mid-upper 70s, iirc.

However, playing a NM/Colo/Guam without capped gunners is a pain in the arse. Go A-R-A or
A-A-R or R-A-R if you want a better spread earlier.

Rel/Rel/Acc isnt too bad but the full best way to do it in my opinion is Acc/Rel/Acc

Rel/Rel/Rel if you're truly hardcore. (I'm not) CompassGhost's suggestions are probably
the best compromise.

go Reload all the way. the reload cap is harder to hit then the accuracy cap. It might
seem a little counter intuitive, but the real thing is that in the end game, you always cap.
