It can be a good ship,
But you need high lvl crew,

I would say stick to your old ship,

How high? As in I'll be in a BB5(103+) and won't care about the Richelieu high? If so,
it needs some tweaking. My gunners are level 95 BVE'd elites (5 levels above BO)
and its still kinda poor. Landing 4 shells on an H44 with the shell damage it has is
still pretty laughable.

Range is poor, spread is average to garbage, shell damage okay, turning force is
bleh, speed unremarkable, DP average, serious glass jaw defense.

Wouldn't even bother with the Richelieu if it didn't have a great AA battery. It
doesn't seem to have anything but the AA to make up for the size shift from the BB1-
2's. Strasbourg shares the same faults, albeit smaller with a less stellar AA setup.
Probably put the Richelieu down at the bottom of the BB4 stack near the Vanguard.
Strasbourg being the worst BB3 imo.

They just aren't as fun or powerful as the smaller ships. Make them faster or
improve the accuracy a bit, but not both.

The spread on the BB4 actually gets pretty good at higher levels however it is random at
times.

if they dont improve the spread on bb3-4, these bbs are suck

I prefer the Paris to the Lyon. I can get just as high attack, but i have the same # of
supports as the Rich.

In all seriousness, the Rich can be awesome, if you play patient. You use your awesome AA
at the beginning to help blind the enemy until you find a key moment to rush, then you
rack up the damage.

The Straus i did not like, but then again i did not give it much of a chance, i just
played my Paris all the way to the Rich (and then some more).

Rich is good.but it needs good engy support, no amor except 0.2 belt. Faster and
faster is the most important. Use your super AA to make enemy always blind


I prefer Lyon.Lyon is a rly super ship. 13.4X4X4 can provid super attack.I insist to use
Lyon for getting my Alsace.
