That is a bug actually, I see that almost everyday with my own seaman. Usually
when I want to transfer him to another ship from the renown I spy that and go
WTH! No problems here though.

Same thing happenes to my seaman. It caught my eye one day, but just blew it off
as a bug.

Oh crap he's supposed to be that low? I know I haven't rolled for vets, but he's still
low and my CV crew is nowhere near ready so I haven't bothered. I only started
leveling him again a few days ago.

What gets me worried is those strange stats when he levels. That tells me
something is screwed up, whether or not something actually is.

He's a 14/10 in everything sailor, I guess I made one of the original sailors a
seaman 3 years ago. There may have been a thread saying those original sailors
make good seamen, I can't remember.

His displayed ability is the same as in the screenshot :( The 14/10 stats are back to
normal but he is totally screwed up in ability.

This has now become a support issue, I'll go post over there and see if anyone can
fix that sailor for me. I'd rather not roll a new seaman and start from level 1 again.

It looks like some calc got turned upside down. Your stats for that sailor are
probably, 13, 9, 9, 9, 11, etc. (Possibly 14. 10, 10, etc. but I doubt it).

Chances are that after a reboot they will be represented normally. If not, you have
one heck of a powerful seaman on your hands <g>. Of course the displayed ability
is whacked as well but...
