Navy Field End-User License Agreement

Read through the following agreement and click "Agree" to proceed or "Disagree" to
abort the Account Creation process.

Welcome to SD EnterNet's massively multi-player on-line strategy game, Navy Field
("Navy Field"). Navy Field is the copyrighted work of SD EnterNet, SD EnterNet Korea
Inc. or its suppliers or licensors (collectively, "SD EnterNet USA"), and all use of Navy
Field is governed by the terms and conditions contained in this "Terms of Use"
document including any future revisions (hereafter referred to as the "Terms of Use"
or "Agreement"). Access to Navy Field is available only to download of a software
license in the Navy Field game, which is subject to an End User License Agreement in
the game software.

Any use of Navy Field not in accordance with the Terms of Use is expressly
prohibited. You represent that you are a 'natural person' who is over the age of
eighteen (18) years old, or over the age of majority in the country where you are a
citizen, and agree to these Terms of Use for use of Navy Field yourself or by one (1)
minor child for whom you are a parent or guardian and whom you have authorized
to use your game account. YOUR USE OF NAVY FIELD SHOWS YOUR AGREEMENT TO
THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU SHOULD
LOG OFF NOW AND NOT REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT OR USE NAVY FIELD.

1. Establishment of Your Navy Field Account.
A. You may establish one (1) user account ("Account") with which to play Navy
Field by accessing SD EnterNet's proprietary on-line service ("Service"), pursuant
to the terms, conditions and restrictions contained in this Agreement. In order to
establish an Account, you must be a 'Natural Person,' who is over the age of
eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in the country where you are a citizen.
Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, partnerships, or any other form of legal
entity other than that of a "natural person" may not establish an account, and by
accepting this Agreement, you hereby represent and warrant meet these eligibility
requirements. You may not share your Account with anyone, except that if you are a
parent or guardian, you may permit one (1) minor child to use the Account instead of
you (in which case you may not use that Account at the same time). You are liable
for all activities conducted through the Account, including any activities which may be
conducted by your minor children that you allow to use your Account.

B. To register an Account to play Navy Field, you will be required to provide SD
EnterNet with:
(i) your name, address and phone number;
(ii) accurate, complete, and updated billing information for payment of the Service
subscription fee, including a valid credit card number, or other 'direct billing'
information depending upon the method of payment you choose for the Account's
access to the Service.
Failure to comply with the foregoing or to update the foregoing if your contact
information or billing information changes shall constitute a breach of this
Agreement, which may result in the immediate termination of your right to use your
Account to access the Service. This information is used to identify you as a "unique
user" of Navy Field, and to ensure your payment of your Account. As such, it is
imperative that you provide SD EnterNet with accurate, up to date information. In
the event that SD EnterNet learns that you have provided false or misleading
information, SD EnterNet reserves the right to immediately terminate your Account.

C. You hereby agree to pay all charges to your Account, including applicable taxes
after free trial period, in accordance with billing terms for access to the Service that
are in effect at the time that the fee or charge becomes payable. Your right to
access to the Service is subject to any limits established by SD EnterNet or by your
credit card issuer, billing service, or other payment methods authorized by SD
EnterNet. If:
(i) payment cannot be charged to your credit card;
(ii) your charge is returned to SD EnterNet for any reason;
(iii) you are paying by cash and you fail to pay the monthly subscription fee for the
upcoming month; or
(iv) you use all of the allotted time that you have purchased to access Navy Field via
a Paypal or similar instrument, SD EnterNet reserves the right, in its sole discretion,
to suspend or terminate your access and your Account, as well as terminating this
Agreement and all of SD EnterNet's obligations hereunder.
If you have a balance due on your Account, you agree that SD EnterNet can charge
these unpaid fees to your credit card. Your Account may be suspended for non-
payment, and you may be responsible for any and all bank or service charges
incurred in connection with payment of charges to your Account, and for any costs of
collection including reasonable attorney's fees.

D. During the registration process, you will be required to select a user name and a
password that are specific to your Account (collectively referred to hereunder
as "Password"). Your Password is to be kept confidential at all times and you are
solely responsible for the security of your Password and your Account. You may not
disclose your Password to anyone, or allow your Password to be used by any one
beside yourself or your one (1) minor child to play the Navy Field. Any damage or
harm that may result to your Account, or to the Navy Field, due to lost or deleted
characters due to your disclosure of your Password, or due to the discovery of your
Password by a third party, is your sole responsibility. Note that your user name shall
be subject to the naming guidelines contained in this Terms of Use Agreement.

E. SD EnterNet does not recognize the transfer of Accounts between individuals.
Sharing of accounts and account passwords is forbidden, to do so allows SD
EnterNet and TeamNF to terminate your account rights. This action is in response
prevent theft from such sharing. Additionally, note that there are no refunds if you
decide to "terminate" your Account early as the Service will be available for your use
until the time that you have purchased on the Service expires.

2. Limitations on Your Use of Navy Field.
Your license to use Navy Field is limited by a number of factors which are listed here,
and which are contained in the Navy Field End User License Agreement which you
were required to accept when you make a Navy Field account. Limitations on your
right to use Navy Field may include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:

A. SD EnterNet expressly reserves the exclusive right to create derivative works
based on Navy Field. This means that you may not create derivative works based on
Navy Field, without the prior express, written permission of SD EnterNet!

B. Only SD EnterNet or its licensees have the right to host Navy Field. Accordingly,
you may not host, provide matchmaking services for, or emulate or redirect the
communication protocols used by SD EnterNets part of Navy Field, regardless of the
method used to do so. Such prohibited methods may include, but are not limited to,
protocol emulation, tunneling, reverse engineering, modifying Navy Field, adding
components to Navy Field, or using a utility program to host Navy Field.

C. You may not modify Navy Field to change game play, including, but not limited to,
the creation of cheats and/or hacks, nor may you use any third-party software which
is running at the same time as Navy Field that accesses files which are part of Navy
Field, for any reason whatsoever. Additionally, you may not utilize any "packet
sniffing" software, regardless of the operating system utilized by such software and
regardless of whether or not such tools are running on the same computer as the
Navy Field software or any computer connected to the Navy Field software or its
network, or otherwise monitor Navy Field's network connection while you or anyone
else is playing Navy Field.

D. You may not institute an attack upon a Navy Field server or otherwise deliberately
attempt to disrupt Navy Field servers. You may not institute any such attack which
results in the disruption of any other player's Navy Field software. ANY ATTEMPT BY
YOU OR ANY OTHER PLAYER ON AN ACCOUNT TRACEABLE TO YOU TO DELIBERATELY
DAMAGE NAVY FIELD OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF NAVY FIELD IS
A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE
MADE OR ASSISTANCE FOR SUCH AN ATTACK BE PROVIDED, SD ENTERNET RESERVES
THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH USER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW.

E. You may not, whether intentionally or unintentionally, violate any applicable local,
state, national or international law or regulation.

F. You may not modify any files which SD EnterNet does not specifically authorize you
to modify.

G. You may not remove, alter or conceal any proprietary notices or labels on Navy
Field without the prior consent, in writing, of SD EnterNet.

H. You may not exploit Navy Field for any commercial purpose, including, but not
limited to, performing "power leveling" services to other users of Navy Field for "real"
money.

3. Navy Field Rules of Conduct.
As with all things, Navy Field is governed by certain rules of conduct that must be
adhered to by all users of Navy Field. It is your responsibility to know, understand
and abide by these rules of conduct.
The following rules are not meant to be "exhaustive," and SD EnterNet reserves the
right to determine what conduct it considers to be outside the spirit of the game and
to take such disciplinary measures as it sees fit. SD EnterNet reserves the right to
add to or amend this list of rules at any time, and you are responsible for checking
these Terms of Use for any newly amended or posted rules each time that you
log on to Navy Field website.

A. Rules Related to User Names.
Each user will select a user name for his or her character. Additionally, users may
form "clans" and such clans will be required to choose a name for the clan. When
you choose a user name, create a clan, or otherwise create a label that can be seen
by other players of Navy Field, you must abide by the following guidelines as well as
the rules of common decency. If SD EnterNet, in its sole discretion, finds such a label
to be offensive, it reserves the right to change the name, remove the label and
corresponding chat room, and/or suspend your use of Navy Field.

In particular, you may not use:
1. Names of another person with the intent to impersonate that person;
2. Names which incorporate 'swear' words or which are otherwise offensive,
defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise
objectionable;
3. Names subject to the rights of any other person without authorization;
4. Names of popular culture or media personalities;
5. Names that are trademarks, or registered trademarks of SD EnterNet or other
companies);
6. Names of religious deities or figures;
7. Names of characters from SD EnterNet's Navy Field products, including character
names from the Navy Field series of novels; or
8. Names related to drugs, narcotics, or criminal activity, including references to drug
substances; or
9. Name comprised of partial or complete sentences (e.g., "Kickyouout", "Ihateyou",
etc);
10. Names comprised of pure gibberish (e.g., "Asdfasdf", "Jifms", "Hvlldrm");
11. Names that refer to pop culture icons or personas
(e.g. "Britneyspears", "iPod", "Batman")
12. Names that utilize "Leet" or "Dudespeak"
(e.g., "Roflcopter", "xxnewbxx", "Roxxoryou")
13. Name that incorporate titles. The term "Titles" as used herein shall include 'rank'
titles (e.g., "CorporalTed," or "GeneralVlad") and/or fantasy titles
(e.g., "KingMike", "LordSanchez") Additionally, you may not use a misspelling or an
alternative spelling to circumvent the name restrictions listed above, nor can you
have a "first" and "last" name that, when combined, violate the above name
restrictions.

B. Rules Related to "Chat" and Interaction With Other Users.
Communicating with other Users and SD EnterNet representatives is an integral part
Navy Field and is referred to in this document as "Chat."
Your Chats may be subject to review, modification, and deletion without notice by SD
EnterNet. Additionally, you hereby acknowledge that SD EnterNet is under no
obligation to monitor Chat and you engage in Chat at your own risk. When engaging
in Chat in Navy Field, or otherwise utilizing Navy Field, you may not:
(i) Transmit or post sexually explicit images or other content or language which in
the sole discretion of SD EnterNet is deemed to be offensive; nor shall you transmit
any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene,
hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable content or language, nor
may you use a misspelling or an alternative spelling to circumvent the content and
language restrictions listed above;
(ii) Carry out any action with a disruptive effect, such as cause the Chat screen
to "scroll" faster than other users are able to type to it, including setting up macros
with large amounts of text that, when used, can have a disruptive effect on the
normal flow of Chat;
(iii) Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue in Chat or otherwise act in a manner that
negatively affects other users, individuals or entities, including, but not limited to,
posting "Spam" messages on Navy Field ("Spam" messages as used in this
document include, but are not limited to, any effort to use a computer or other
electronic device to post an unauthorized and/or unsolicited advertisement to Navy
Field);
(iv) "Spam" by posting or sending more than one unsolicited message or piece of
mail to a single address or in a chat area;
(v) Communicate or post any user's personal information in or on the Navy Field, or
websites or forums related to Navy Field;
(vi) Use bots or other automated techniques to collect information or communicate or
post any user's personal information in or on Navy Field, or websites or forums
related to Navy Field or SD EnterNet.
(vii) Harass, threaten, stalk, embarrass or cause distress, unwanted attention or
discomfort to another user of Navy Field or other person or entity; or
(viii) Cheat during game play, including but not limited to modification of the game
program files.
(ix) Participate in any action that, in the opinion of SD EnterNet results in an
authorized user of Navy Field being "scammed" or "defrauded" out of gold,
weapons, armor, or any other items that he/she has earned through authorized
game play in Navy Field.

C. Rules Related to Game Play.
Game play is what Navy Field is all about. Accordingly, the rules that govern game
play in Navy Field are taken very seriously by SD EnterNet. Note that SD EnterNet
considers all valid play styles in Navy Field to be part of the game, and not
harassment, so player-killing the enemies of your team, or using torpedoes is
considered a part of the game. Because Navy Field is a "player vs. player" game, you
should always remember to protect yourself in areas where the members of hostile
team can attack you, rather than contacting SD EnterNet in-game customer service
representatives, referred to herein as "Team N.F," for help when you have been
killed by an enemy of your team. Nonetheless, certain acts go beyond what is "fair"
and are considered serious violations of these Terms of Use. Those acts include, but
are not necessarily limited to, the following:
(i) You may not use or "exploit" errors in design, features which have not been
documented, and/or "program bugs" to gain access that is otherwise not available,
or to obtain a competitive advantage over other players.
(ii) All connections to Navy Field, whether created by the SD EnterNet software
products or by other tools and utilities, may only be made through methods and
means expressly approved by SD EnterNet. Under no circumstances may you
connect, or create tools that allow you to connect, to Navy Field's private binary
interface or interfaces other than those explicitly provided by SD EnterNet for your
use.
(iii) You may not use any tools which hack or alter the Navy Field client or server
software.
(iv) You may not use software products which "packet sniff" or provide scripting
and/or macroing to obtain information from Navy Field to gain a competitive
advantage over other players.
(v) You may not do anything that SD EnterNet considers contrary to the "essence" of
Navy Field.

4. Account/Password Security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Password, and you will
be responsible for all uses of your Password, whether or not authorized by you.
Also, note that the security of your account is your responsibility. SD EnterNet is not
responsible in the event that your account is "hacked," or if your account or
computer is damaged by a virus, or for any other issues with your computer or your
account which may occur in conjunction with your use of Navy Field. If you think that
your account has been compromised, please contact Navy Field Technical Support,
either through our Team N.F or by sending email to SD EnterNet Technical Support,
and SD EnterNet will make an effort to assist you in recovering the security of your
account.
This includes helping to reset passwords, helping with billing issues, and offering
basic suggestions for improving your account security. If you report your account
stolen, hacked, or in any other way compromised, SD EnterNet will suspend the
account while we fully investigate the matter. This is to protect the ships, sailors,
items, etc., that are part of the account. Following this investigation, SD EnterNet will
determine the appropriate course of action.

5. Consequences of Violating the SD EnterNet Code of Conduct.
SD EnterNet, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to take whatever action it
deems necessary to preserve the integrity of Navy Field. Violation of any of the
terms and conditions set forth above may result in actions being taken by SD
EnterNet, effective immediately or at a time determined by SD EnterNet, which may
include, but not be limited to the following:
(i) SD EnterNet may temporarily suspend your access to Navy Field,
(ii) SD EnterNet may permanently terminate your access Navy Field, and/or
(iii) in the event that SD EnterNet is contacted by governmental authorities and/or
parties seeking information or legal redress against you for a violation committed by
you or alleged to have been committed by you involving your use of Navy Field, SD
EnterNet will cooperate fully with all governmental authorities and any lawful orders
of the court with regard to the release of information that relates to you and your
use of Navy Field, including but not limited to user Internet Protocol (IP) addresses,
associated personal information and all other user information on file. Without
limiting the actions listed above, SD EnterNet retains the right to decline service to
any user who violates the Navy Field Terms of Use or the End User License
Agreement.

6. Experience Reimbursement.
First and foremost, nothing in these rules will ever place a "duty" upon SD EnterNet
to reimburse you by providing experience credit for any experience lost for any
reason. That being said, SD EnterNet may, at its sole option, determine to reimburse
experience lost by players in certain extreme and unusual situations. For instance,
SD EnterNet may decide to reimburse experience lost in the event of a catastrophic
server failure. But remember that it is completely up to SD EnterNet to determine
which situations would justify experience reimbursement. In no event is SD EnterNet
obligated to provide any monetary reimbursement or monetary credit.

7. Selling of Items.
Remember, at the outset of these Terms of Use, where we discussed how you
were "licensed" the right to use Navy Field, and that your license was "limited"?
Well, here is one of the more important areas where these license limitations come
into effect. Note that SD EnterNet either owns, or has exclusively licensed, all of the
content which appears in Navy Field. Therefore, no one has the right to "sell"
SD EnterNet's content, except SD EnterNet! So SD EnterNet does not recognize any
property claims outside of Navy Field or the purported "sale" in the "real world" of
anything related to Navy Field. Accordingly, you may not sell items for "real" money
or trade items for things of value outside of Navy Field.

8. Online Duration.
SD EnterNet agrees to provide the servers and software technology necessary to
access the Service for the "on-line" component of Navy Field until such time as Navy
Field is "Out of Publication." Navy Field shall be considered "Out of Publication"
following the date that Navy Field is no longer manufactured and/or distributed by
SD EnterNet, or its affiliates. Thereafter, SD EnterNet may, in its sole discretion,
continue to provide the service or SD EnterNet may license to third parties the right
to provide the Service. However, nothing contained herein shall be construed so as
to place an obligation upon SD EnterNet to provide the Service beyond the time
that Navy Field is Out of Publication. Neither the Service nor SD EnterNet's
agreement to provide access to the Service shall be considered a rental or lease of
time on or capacity of SD EnterNet's servers or other technology.

9. Our Administration of Navy FIeld; Changes to the Terms of This Terms of Use
Agreement.
SD EnterNet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add to,
supplement or delete any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time,
including, without limitation, access policies, the availability of any World Navy Field
feature, hours of availability, content, data, software or equipment needed to access
Navy Field, the amount of, or basis for determining, any fees or charges for Navy
Field, and institution of new fees or charges for Navy Field, effective upon prior
notice as follows: SD EnterNet will post notification of any such changes to Navy
Field on the Navy Field website and will post any revised Terms of Use in this
location, and may provide such other notice as SD EnterNet may elect in its sole
discretion, which may include by email, postal mail or pop-up screen. If any future
changes to this Agreement are unacceptable to you or cause you to no longer be in
compliance with this Agreement, you may cease to use your Navy Field account and
terminate the account. The continued use of Navy Field by you following notice of
changes to this Agreement will mean you accept any and all such changes. SD
EnterNet may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Navy Field at
any time. SD EnterNet may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your
access to parts or all of Navy Field without notice or liability. You have no interest,
monetary or otherwise, in any feature, content or availability of Navy Field, any
Game Data (defined below) or in any terms or conditions of access to or use of
Navy Field.

10. Ownership.
All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to Navy Field
(including but not limited to any user accounts, titles, computer code, themes,
objects, ships, ship names, missions, catch phrases, locations, concepts, artwork,
animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of
operation, moral rights, any related documentation, "applets" incorporated into Navy
Field, transcripts of the chat rooms, member profile information, recordings of games
played on Navy Field, and software) are owned by SD EnterNet or its licensors. Navy
Field is protected by the copyright laws of the United States, international copyright
treaties and conventions, and other laws. All rights are reserved. Navy Field may
contain certain licensed materials, and SD EnterNet's licensors may protect their
rights in the event of any violation of this Agreement.

11. Termination.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. In the event that you
terminate this Agreement, you will forfeit your right to any and all payments you may
have made for pre-purchased game access to Navy Field. You agree and knowledge
that you are not entitled to any refund for any amounts which were pre-paid on your
Account prior to any termination of this Agreement. SD EnterNet reserves the right
to terminate this Agreement without notice, if, in SD EnterNet's sole discretion, you
fail to comply with any terms contained in these Terms of Use and/or the Navy Field
End User License Agreement. Note that it is the policy of SD EnterNet to cooperate
fully in criminal investigations, including but not limited to tracing user Internet
Protocol IP addresses and associated personal information as well as sharing all
other user information on file with the proper authorities upon request.

12. Acknowledgments.
You hereby acknowledge that:

servicing, repair or correction for connecting to Navy Field;
B. As part of your registration process and in consideration for the privilege of
accessing Navy Field, SD EnterNet has the right to send your computer one or

further notice to you;

D. In order to assist SD EnterNet to police users who may use "hacks," or "cheats"
to gain an advantage over other players, you acknowledge that SD EnterNet shall
have the right to obtain certain information from your computer and its component
parts, including your computer's random access memory, video card, central
processing unit, etc. This information will only be used for the purpose of identifying
"cheaters," and for no other reason.
E. Navy Field is provided "as is" and SD EnterNet does not warrant that Navy Field
will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site
and/or service or the server are free of viruses or other harmful components, and SD
EnterNet expressly disclaims all express or implied warranties with respect to Navy
Field, including without limitation any warranties of its condition, defects, use,
merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose or use, and non-infringement.
Any warranty against infringement that may be provided in Section 2-312(3) of
the Uniform Commercial Code and/or in any other comparable state statute is
expressly disclaimed. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied
warranties or liability for damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
F. The use of any "user interface" other than the user interface that is included in
the Navy Field Software ("Third Party User Interface") is not recommended by SD
EnterNet, and you hereby agree and acknowledge that you shall be solely liable for
any damage which may occur to your Account, your computer(s), the Service, or any
other damage that may result related to your use of a Third Party User Interface.

FOR ANY INTERRUPTIONS OF SERVICE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ISP
DISRUPTIONS, SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE FAILURES OR ANY OTHER EVENT WHICH
MAY RESULT IN A LOSS OF DATA OR DISRUPTION OF SERVICE. IN NO EVENT WILL
LICENSOR BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you;
H. You may not be able to access Navy Field whenever you want, and there may be
extended periods of time where you cannot access Navy Field;
I. SD EnterNet shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting
from causes outside the reasonable control of SD EnterNet; including, but not

viruses or other harmful components, or negligent acts of SD EnterNet and/or its
affiliates;
K. SD EnterNet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or delete any
information, including but not limited to Game Data and any other information
accumulated, stored or uploaded on Navy Field;
L. You are entirely liable for all activities conducted through your Navy Field account,

EnterNet by e-mailing [email protected] to report the suspected breach of
security related to your Navy Field immediately;
M. SD EnterNet will have no liability for any circumstances arising from the
unauthorized use of a User Name, user's password or user's Navy Field account. Any
fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity involving your Navy Field account
may be reported to appropriate law-enforcement agencies by SD EnterNet. The
terms of this Agreement shall extend to anyone that you allow to use your Navy
Field account, User Name, or player ship(s), and you are personally responsible and
liable for the consequences that may result if any such person violates the terms of
the Agreement, including but not limited to termination of your account, and loss of
your User Name, characters, ships and sailors..

13. Equitable Remedies.
In the event that you breach this Agreement, you hereby agree that SD EnterNet
would be irreparably damaged if this Agreement were not specifically enforced, and

this Agreement, in addition to such other remedies as SD EnterNet may otherwise
have available to it under applicable laws. In the event any litigation is brought by
either party in connection with this Agreement, the prevailing party in such litigation
shall be entitled to recover from the other party all the costs, attorneys' fees and
other expenses incurred by such prevailing party in the litigation.

14. Choice of Laws.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the State of Washington, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Other laws may apply if you access the Service from Korea, Japan, or China, but shall
affect this Agreement only to the extent required by such jurisdiction. In such a case,
this Agreement shall be interpreted to give maximum effect to the terms and
conditions hereof. If the Act applies, then notwithstanding any other provision in
these Terms of Use, you may have rights or remedies as set out in the Act which
may apply in addition to, or to the extent that they are inconsistent, instead of
the rights or remedies set out in these Terms of Use. Those who choose to access
the Service from locations outside of the United States, Japan, Korea, or China do so
on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to
the extent local laws are applicable.

15. Miscellaneous.
The Service is further subject to United States export controls. No software from this
site and/or service may be downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported (i) into

(or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria or any
other country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the U.S.
Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce
Department's Table of Deny Orders. By downloading or using the software, you
represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a
national or resident of any such country or on any such list. If any provision of
this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that
provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the
validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. I hereby acknowledge that I
have read and understand the foregoing Terms of Use Agreement and agree that
my use of the Navy Field service is an acknowledgment of my agreement to be
bound by the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use Agreement contained herein.
I also acknowledge and agree that this Terms of Use Agreement is the complete and
exclusive statement of the agreement between SD EnterNet and me concerning the
Navy Field service and that the Agreement supersedes any prior or ontemporaneous
agreement, either oral or written, and any other communications with regard there
to between SD EnterNet and myself.

**Regarding the Ingame chat filter**
The filter is not meant to be a "catch-all", both in terms of
A. Catching all permutations and combinations of inappropriate language and
B. Providing an excuse for players to continue harassing another player or to use
rude
language. Particularly, this means that just because your words are filtered, doesn't
mean
you are allowed to keep using it to harass someone.

*****Explanation of Premium Percentages*****
The 40% *more* is based on the 40% *less*. And in this case, when we
say "more", we mean
*addition*, not *multiplication*. Thus, 40% more means 60% (Free account) + 40%
(subscription) = 100% xp.

Now where the confusion comes from is back when we used "More" as meaning
"multiplication". Using "more" as "multiplication" means that in order to go from 60%
(free account) to 100%, we needed to write 80%. 60% * 1.8 (80% as a factor)
=108% ~=100%.

ACCOUNT SHARING RULES
=============================================================
=============================================================
=============================================================

Dear Members of Navyfield,

I would like to remind players not to share accounts or use the same password in any other
public place which may be the same as your account for Navyfield.

Those of you who continue to share accounts, Moderators and GMs of SDE cannot assist
players any longer in recovery efforts. Consider this your final warning!!

This will extend to lending of sailors and ships to other players in the game. All trades
are final!!

For a reminder for those who haven't read the EULA:

That is all.

FORUM RULES
=============================================================
=============================================================
=============================================================

Welcome to the official Navyfield forums. This is a place for people to interact with
their fellow gamers and to foster a friendly gaming community.

The following forum rules and guidelines are designed to keep this an enjoyable
environment for everyone. Violations of these rules and guidelines may result in your
removal from this message board.

Threads and posts can be removed or edited without notice. If you blatantly break the
rules, even if it is the first offense, your forum account may be permanently suspended.
The following are the Rules and Regulations of the Navyfield forums.

1. Abuse and disrespectful behaviour are not tolerated.
The purpose of the forum is to provide a friendly environment for interaction between
Navyfield players. Occasionally, conflicts may arise when people voice opinions and
thoughts. Be courteous when disagreeing with others. Debating an opinion is appropriate,
however getting personal over a topic is not allowed. "Getting personal" can be construed
as flaming, trolling, harassing, profanity, abusive language or abbreviations, personal
attacks, racial, religious, ethnic, sexual slurs, or similar behaviour/language. This
applies to both "public" threads and private messages.

- Flaming is defined as posts which are designed to personally berate or insult another,
and is not permitted.
- No forms of trolling are permitted. Trolling is defined as deliberately posting
derogatory, inflammatory comments/threads in order to bait other users into responding.
Accusing someone of being a troll is also a form of trolling.
- All posts referring to message board censorship will be removed. All message board
content may be removed at the discretion of TeamNF and FMs. These posts will be removed
and the poster warned. Any further posts will be removed, and the poster will be banned
from the message boards. Also, working around a ban to continue posting is also prohibited
and may incur an extension of a current ban.
- Attacks against forum moderators are not permitted. If you disagree with an action taken
by a moderator, you can send your complaint via PM to a moderator where it will be reviewed.
- No personal attacks are permitted, which include, but are not limited to, insulting a
poster directly. Example: "You are stupid, you suck, and you should [censored]."
The above are examples of behaviour that is not tolerated on the forums. Pursuing any of
them will result in a warning. If the behaviour persists, further consequences may be
enacted against your account in our sole discretion.

2. Don뭪 abuse new posters.
New players are welcome to post their questions here. Do not harass them for asking
questions or treat them with disrespect for not knowing an answer. Instead please welcome
them to our boards and help them find the information they are looking for.

3. Private communication between Customer Support, TeamNF members, Forum Moderators and
forum users is not to be made public on these forums or any other public forums. You are
not permitted to publicize any private correspondence (including support tickets, private
message correspondence, in game private chat, etc.) received from any of the
aforementioned without permission. As such, warnings and bans are not to be discussed on
the forum. Such matters shall remain private between the SDE/TeamNF and the user.
Questions or comments concerning warnings and bans will be conveyed through private
messaging or support tickets. Likewise, discussions regarding moderator actions are not
permitted on the forum. If you have questions regarding a post or thread that has been
removed or subject to other moderation, feel free to contact a moderator in private to
discuss it.

4. Non-Constructive posts are prohibited.
Below is a list of examples of non-constructive posts. As a rule, non-constructive posting
is not permitted.

- Spam is considered to be repetitive posting of the same topic or text or nonsensical
posts that have no substance and are often designed to annoy other forum users.
- Cross posting is not permitted. As a courtesy to others before beginning a new thread,
please look to see if an active thread on that topic has already been established using
the Search (you must link this to your forums/search page) feature. If so, place your
comments there instead. Multiple threads on the same subject clutter up the forum
needlessly and many good ideas may be lost. Use the Search link to keep discussions about
one topic to one thread only.
- Negative feedback can be very useful, provided that it is presented in a civil, factual
manner. Tell us what you don't like and why and how you feel it could be improved. Posts
that are insulting and rude may be deleted, no matter how valid the ideas behind them may be.
- A rant is a post which is long-winded, redundant and filled with angry, non-constructive
comments. A free exchange of ideas is essential to building a strong sense of community
and helpful in the development of the game, but rants are disruptive and incite flaming
and trolling. Please post your thoughts in a concise, clear manner and avoid going off on
rambling tangents.
- "NERF X! BUFF Y!" threads will be removed. They can turn into threads with little or no
constructive information.
- "Goodbye" threads will be moderated on a case-by-case basis according to
constructiveness and tone. Such threads that offer only negative commentary and ensue
product-bashing will be removed for similar reasons as "rant" threads.
- No thread necromancy. Necro-posting is responding to an old discussion thread and is a
form of thread 'bumping' If you wish to discuss a considerably older topic, create a new
post and link to the older discussion.
- False obituary threads are considered highly improper, and knowingly posting false news
of a player뭩 real-life death may result in a ban of your forum posting privileges.
- Threads that make threats or use other combative language are not allowed.
- Demands for answers from SDE/TeamNF/FM Team are not permitted, however we may often
address some questions and concerns with an official topic. In the event of legitimate
emergencies, or other unprecedented scenarios, we will endeavour to provide comments, even
if it is only to state that there is no officially available information. However, this
may not always be possible.
- Call-out threads that target specific SDE/TeamNF/FM Team will be binned immediately
without notice. If you want an answer from an SDE/TeamNF/FM Team, please send either a
support ticket or a PM.
- Threads that single out a player or fleet for ridicule or accuse someone or some fleet
of actions in-game will be removed without notice. Repeatedly targeting another person or
fleet is considered ongoing harassment and is a severe violation of the forum rules. In-game
violations need to be reported via the appropriate channels, such as support ticket.
Public posts of such accusations will be construed as attempts to cause antagonism for its
own sake.
- Posts that accuse other players or groups of players of hacking, cheating, exploiting,
botting, or anything else of that nature are not permitted. Please contact the TeamNF
through a support ticket or PM in game if you see someone violating these rules.
- Conspiracy threads are not permitted. Any groundless claims or complaints about
SDE/TeamNF/FM team acting in collusion with or granting favouritism to any group or player
will be removed without notice.
- Forum policy and moderation decisions are not up for discussion. If you do not agree
with a board decision, you may PM a moderator. You may not start a thread or post
complaining that your post(s)/thread was removed.
- Posts similar to 밠oderator Notified" or "ibtl" are discouraged, as these types of posts
are a form of trolling. If a thread is in violation of the forum rules PM a moderator
directly.
- Posting rick roll videos is prohibited. These threads will be removed without warning or
notification.

5. Do not post about exploits/cheats/etc.
Exploits should be reported through the proper method by filing a support ticket.
Discussions about unverified problems in the game can cause unnecessary panic in the
community. When there is an issue the community needs to be aware of, we will make an
official statement about it. Posting threads about cheats, hacks, etc, are also forbidden.
In the event that such a thread appears it will be binned without notification.

6. Scam threads/posts
Threads/posts that intend on scamming other users are prohibited. All such threads/posts
will be removed without warning or notification and the forum user will be issued a
permanent forum ban.

7. Impersonating another forum user, moderator, volunteer, TeamNF or SDE employee is
strictly prohibited. You are expressly forbidden from impersonating anyone else, including
those named above, on the forum or in the game, even in jest. This may be grounds for
permanent loss of your Navyfield posting privileges.

8. You may not post advertisements.
Advertising on these forums is not allowed, specifically posts that advertise a
transaction for real money or any post that discusses an action prohibited by the User
Agreement. This also includes referral websites and linking to websites where you are
credited for referrals. Advertising for other games is also prohibited. All advertising
posts of this nature will be removed without notification. However, advertising for fleets
will be allowed in the off-topic section of the forums.

9. No Profanity.
Profanity in any form is not allowed. Using any means to bypass the profanity filter (for
example: intentionally misspelling, partial masking - such as asterisks or punctuation
marks) is prohibited.

10. No proxy posting; no account hopping to evade suspension.
Posting on behalf of a suspended user is not allowed. Working around a ban through other
people뭩 accounts, trial or secondary accounts to continue posting is also prohibited and
may incur an extension of a current ban. You are personally responsible for your conduct
on the forums. If you create a new account to continue posting because another account was
suspended, any forum accounts involved will be permanently suspended. Forum bans apply to
a person, not specifically an account. Threads designed to announce, appeal or contest a
forum or game banning decision on behalf of a third party will also be removed without
notice. If you do not understand why you were banned or have further questions, you must
contact the game administrators through a support ticket.

11. No Legal Action threads.
Using the forums or PMs for encouraging, promoting, endorsing, or inciting any kind of
legal action against anyone is strictly prohibited. Such content will be removed, and the
author's posting privileges may be permanently suspended as a result.

12. Official Threads
Official threads are threads started by a Navyfield representative for the discussion of a
specific topic, and may have special instructions in the original post. Please review the
original post and follow any instructions given. Furthermore, if there is an Official
Thread about a topic, please do not post other threads about this topic. Instead, post
your comments only in the official thread.

13. Player Generated Content
You may post screenshots, signature pictures and other images by linking them from
external image hosting sites, as long as they are of an appropriate and non-offensive
nature and/or do not otherwise infringe the intellectual property rights of any party.
Forum rules apply all images posted.

14. Zero Tolerance Policy
Immediate suspension or bans from the forum can result from any of the following: The
posting of pornography; discriminatory remarks which are sexually explicit, harmful,
threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive;
excessive obscene or vulgar language; posts which discuss or illustrate illegal activity;
providing links to sites that contain any of the aforementioned.

Please follow these rules and guidelines and we hope that your time on these forums will
be an enjoyable one.

HA RULES
=============================================================
=============================================================
=============================================================

Please all fleet leaders read this carefully before declaring harbor assault, you will
be expected to understand and abide by all the following rules while participating in
HA :

The aim behind these rules is to allow everyone to enjoy the harbor assault game
mode with minimal disagreements and complaints

1. Basic Fleet requirements :
You must have at least 30 members to declare harbor assault, having less than
this means you will have no chance of winning and will most likely lead to wasting
the defending fleets time. At this time there is no fee on declarations if it becomes
needed at some stage we will introduce one but at this time the moderator team
and GM's prefer the HA's to be free.

2. Rules and penalty on aggressive declarations and declaring without playing.
Definition of aggressive declaration :
Aggressive declaration means the attacking fleet repeatably declaring meaningless war
on the defending fleet, but do not participate in HA after wards, in order to confuse
and waste the defending fleet's time, severely affecting normal defending fleet's
game play experience. Some examples are below

1. Declaring war with fake fleets.(Fleet member less than 30)
2. Does not attack the harbour after declaration.
3. When the HA starts, no members are sent to battles, or they only wait for the
time to pass and end the HA.
4. Repeatly declaring war without participating.
Anyone of the above means it was an aggressive declaration, so if defending fleet
encounters such situations, they can provide sufficient proof and apply for
cancellation of the HA for that week. The attacking fleet will be officially punished as
per the rules later.

The same fleet repeatably making aggressive declarations (multiple times in a period of
under 2 months), the Fleet leader ID making those declarations will be penalized. If
the situation worsens, the fleet might be disbanded, or the related ID will be
banned.

Definition of declaring war without playing/self declaring :
Self declaring means the declaring fleet is recognized by player community as a
branch fleet of the defending fleet. Declaring war without playing means not sending
members to play the HA or playing without a desire to win, causing the other fleets
cannot attack the harbor normally. Fleets included under this include but are not
limited to fleets made by alternate accounts of players in a main fleet.

Self declaration and declaring without playing are not permitted.

If there is a belief that a fleet is self declaring to protect its port other fleets provide
sufficient proof and make an official complaint. If the fleet is found to be self
declaring, the declaring fleet leader ID will be penalized (same as aggressive
declaration). The fleet may lose control on the harbor if the situation worsen, fleet
dismissed and punish relative IDs, and prohibited from any HA related activity within
a month.

3. Declaring war, but cancelled declaration due to special reasons.
If the defending and attacking fleet counters special situations which cannot avoid,
cannot delay and have understandable reasons, forcing them to cancel the HA, both
fleets can discuss and cancel or transfer the control of the harbor between
themselves. The discussion and result must be submitted to the official organization.
If one of the fleets cannot contact the other team within 12 hours of HA, they can
contact official organizations, and receive official process on that HA. The defending
fleets which fulfill the above description cannot declare war on any harbor within 7
days.

Within 12 hours of the start of the harbor assault, attacking side cannot cancel the
HA by themselves, and if there are special situations which require the cancellation
of the HA (cannot attack anymore or other understandable reasons), they need to
discuss with the other fleet and may cancel the HA after the other fleet agrees. The
fleet canceling the HA while the HA is in progress is allowed and is recommended if
the attackers cannot field enough ships to take the harbor successfully please
inform the defenders and TNF as to the reason for the cancellation.

4. HA reminders
HA is same as all battles and fleet wars, and players should follow the same rules :
1. All players must not use any recognized bugs or glitches.
2. While in battle, forum or in a waiting room, please use civilized language and do
not team-kill, harass anyone and other recognized uncivilized behavior.
4. Fleets who find their opponent breaking a rule should take clear screen-shots
immediately as proof, and submit to the Moderators or in a support ticket as soon as
possible.
5. Must not use any unapproved 3rd party programs or hacks.
6. If there are small conflicts, they should be quickly solved within the two fleets. If
needed ask a moderator who is online to help out with these small conflicts.
7. While the HA is in progress, Attacking fleet should not wait for the Assault to end
without attacking.
8. Disconnecting will only be punished if TeamNF have enough evidence to show that
it was deliberately done by the player, which could be instantaneous or could be
built up over a period of time to show constant disconnects at specific suspicious
moments in a battle.

Using hacks will receive a direct ban for the ID involved as per normal.

Anyone who breaks the rules, and continue to do so after warnings, TNF and SDE
have the right to carry out appropriate actions towards the related IDs and fleet.
(Direct disband, punishing responsible ID and fleet leaders)

Possible punishments for breaches of the rules above:
1. Official Warning on the NavyField Forums
2. Cancellation of the declaration
3. Credit and Points fine for the Fleet Leader
4. 3-7 days ban for Fleet Leader
5. De-leveling of the Fleets Radioman to level 50
6. Dismissal of the fleet.

Reglas de Harbour Assault
=============================================================
=============================================================
=============================================================

UNIVERSAL SERVER RULES!!!
============================================================
=
============================================================
=
============================================================
=

1) The Ultimate Rule!!!!!

You are held liable for all activities conducted on or through your Account, regardless
of
who conducts those activities.

2) Normal Room Rules

BB vs. DD; CA/CL vs. DD game rooms

1. BB vs. CA is allowed, but BB vs. CL and below variants is considered
illegal.
2. CA vs. CL and below is considered legal.
3. BB1-4 vs. BB5 is an acceptable game type.
4. BB1-5 vs. BB6 is an acceptable game type.

6-inch gun BB/CA Rooms

1. 6-inch 20.1-inch gun size rooms are allowed, so long as they are not in the form of
6inch 20.1inch BB vs. CL, DD, FF, or any combination of those three.
2. Furthermore, they cannot be in the form 뱊o AP rooms. Limiting AP ammo makes
them illegal.
3. There must be a balanced number of BBs on both sides.

CV Select and CV War Room:

1. For a CV to participate in a CV select/ war room, the CV must have bombers
loaded with bomber pilots regardless of the armament carried by the CV.
2. For a CV to participate in a CV select/ War room, any CV3 or above MUST
have both fighters and bombers loaded. CV2 and below are allowed in with only
bombers, but are recommended to have fighters as well.

CV Hunt Rooms:

1. For a CV to participate in a CV hunt, the CV must have db/tb planes loaded on
board along with corresponding pilots, regardless of any armament carried on the
CV.

3) Great Battle/Blitzkrieg/Night Game Mode Rules

Great Battle/Blitzkrieg/Night Game Mode

1. These are for all ship classes. Therefore, banning is not allowed unless a player
commits an offense that is cited in the EULA. If a player is banned from a room, host
must provide sufficient proof to prove why player was banned.
2. If it is necessary to kick a loading player in order to start the room. The host must
provide warning and wait for 10 seconds before banning the player.
3. Fighter only CVs in these rooms are considered acceptable.
4. Players may outfit their ships in any configuration they desire. However, the
configuration must provide an offensive or defensive capability that assists
the team (such as AA ships other than BBs, TW or standard gun-type fittings) for
your team. (I.e. a BB with only AA is not considered substantial support.)

4) Trade Areas (Area 13 and 18) and Clan Areas (Area 14 and 19)

Since Area 13 and 18 are specified as Trade Only Areas, the following rules are now
put in place:

1. All AFK rooms in Area 13 or 18 will be disconnected by TNF after informing the host
about the unauthorized creation in the wrong area.
2. For the Fleet or SQ, you can have an all-purpose room open in Area 14.

For Non-Fleet players you can have all-purpose room open in Area 8.

WTB/WTS/WTT should be done in Trade Areas, do not spam these in battle
room chat.

You can still create a room in Area 13 if you are making a room to meet with a
Moderator or Monitor to meet you in to discuss an issue.

밡ame Here Fleet" RECRUITING should be done in Clan Area.

AFK hosts in trade area are subject to being kicked without warning.

5) Use of Macros, Team Killing (TKing), Ghosting, or Leeching in any game
room.

Definition of leeching: Any player caught roaming around the room not actively
pursuing the enemy or failure to move from their starting position.

Players must be actively contributing to battle by AAing, shooting, DB/TBing, etc to be
considered active and not leeching to gain free experience.

Use of any Macro(s) will result in permanent ban from Navyfield.

1. Examples of Macros include sailor-rolling macros, macros used to sail ships
randomly around the room to gain exp, etc.

Regarding the in game text macros. The Spamming of text macros in battle rooms is
considered abuse. Which May result in the spammer being kicked from the game
without any warning.

Team killing of TKing is not allowed in Navyfield. This is defined as a player on the
same team shooting, DBing or TBing, or killing another player on the same team.

Ghosting:

Informing fleet mates in opposing team using fleet chat or external chat (such as
TS/Vent) at all about ship locations remaining on your side, to give him the possibility
to sink them is considered as ghosting and is punishable offense.

Players who use macros will be permanently banned from Navyfield for a first
offense, so long as significant evidence of illegal action is provided.

6) Fleet VS All Rooms

Normal room type is the ONLY allowed room to host these games in.

These games will have the hosting fleet at all times stacking against themselves.
These will not be slaughter fests for the hosting Fleet.

For example of a good balance: There will be more Capitol ships and CVs on the Non-
Fleet side then on the Fleet side.

7) Free Experience Rooms

No player is allowed to host any of these rooms.

Only server heads, server commanders, and GMs are allowed to open and run a free
experience room.

First time offenders will be reminded of this rule once. Repeat offenders will receive a
minimum 1-day ban from Navyfield, so long as significant evidence of illegal action is
provided.

8) Advertising in NF

The advertising of commercial websites is NOT ALLOWED, but sites such as NF fan
sites and fleet/squad websites can advertised on the official Navyfield site or in the
game.

9) Banning Moderators/Monitors

Players are NOT ALLOWED to ban moderators, except under the following
conditions:

1. Moderator has become inactive in a normal room and is stopping the room from
starting. Host must give the mod 2 minutes to respond after the room is closed.
2. Moderator뭩 ship fails to load within 2 minutes after the closure of a Great Battle
room, thus stopping the room from starting.

Please submit a support ticket or send an e-mail to the server head or head mod
with proof, such as a screen shot(s), if you have a complaint about a moderator뭩
conduct, DO NOT ban the moderator from your room. Players DO NOT have the right
to punish, insult, or abuse moderators.

10) Illegal Play Methods

S & F (Stop and Fire):

1. Definition 1: This is a type of pre-arranged battle known about since 2001. The
game setup usually has a capital ship, mostly BB or BC on one side and the other
side has the lower level players (at least 7 players, usually they are DD/FF, to meet
the player amount requirement to earn experience). The capital ship stops in the
battlefield and allows the lower level side to open fire at the BB/BC without the
capital ship returning fire.
2. Definition 2: Both teams have equal shops, but they do not engage in a real fight.
Each team allows the other team to cause a certain amount of damage, and then
the game is ended by the players once they have reached this certain amount of
attack.

Operation Convoy (OP) Stacking:

1. In reference to the Operation Convoy game type where the teams are
unreasonably balanced or where on team has only one player and everyone else
joins the other side. They gain tactical points and experience by stacking the teams.
2. Definition for 밨easonable Balance: The displacement on both teams must be
close to each other, and the numbers of ships per class are balanced between both
teams.
(Clarification: Just because the displacement is close to even this does not mean it is
balanced. You also need to try to balance the number of the ships in each team.)

Prearranged Battle:

1. These battles are also known as AB (Arranged Battles), which is where the battle
is already mapped out and known by both sides to the extent that it maximizes
experience for both because the outcome is known.

Example 1: Rooms called 밅lan Name Only." If you must host a practice or meeting
room do it outside of areas, which grant experience and credits (i.e. outside of 7, 8,
and 12).

Example 2: AA room where large ships such as Battleship or Carrier will let others
beat him up without fighting back. Moderators are exempt from this rule to
host 밊ree EXP Rooms."

Example 3: A room where you will fire upon enemy hips however you will not kill
them, instead you will hit them and allow them to repair and he will do the same so
you both get as much attack, experience, and credits as possible.

Example 4: Operation Convoy where one team will capture the crate repeatedly
while the other team is instructed to not fight back, in return they will get to do it
next game.

Any battle in an XP area, that is not the main area for the server, when said main XP
area is not full, will be considered ABing.

For example, Arizona uses Area 12. Therefore, if rooms are open in Area 7 by a fleet,
whenArea 12 is not full, that will be considered an AB battle.

In addition, this will be ban-able on sight by a Mod or GM. A report will be made and
all players in that room (especially if they are in the same fleet), will be subject to
disciplinary actions.

AB = Arranged Battle: Essentially, is when both sides have agreed to certain
limitations controlling the outcome of a battle. (When is carried out by a single fleet,
or group of friends). This type of battle is only allowed in NON-XP areas. Two, or
more, fleets collaborating to ensure a pre-arranged outcome of a HA is also
considered an arranged battle.

Failure to comply with any of the above illegal game modes will result in a minimum 1-
day ban and may result in a permanent ban from Navyfield so long as significant
evidence of illegal action is provided.

============================================================

The policy for 1v1 Battles is as
follows:

1. Players can engage in 1 v 1 Battles through their own arrangements and TeamNF
will not intervene unless the rooms are likely to block the creation of other larger
rooms in the main battle area for the particular server. To further define this, if it is
considered possible that the main battle area will become full whilst a 1 v 1 battle is
in progress then the players should not establish a 1 v 1 room. Initially, I (note the
I) intend to set this as at least 4 tiles are requried to be free in order to establish a
1 v 1 room. If that proves inappropriate in practice then I will gladly review it.

2. 1 v 1 rooms are to be conducted in the main battle area or a fleet training area if
the potential for crew kills wishes to be avoided. They are not to be conducted in
any overflow or secondary battle area.

3. If players clearly ignore the above guidance then TeamNF reserves the right to
close down the room either by dismissing the room (even if the battle has
commenced) or by disconnecting the players involved.

4. Wagers. If players wish to place wagers on the outcome of 1 v1 Battles then
they can, but do so entirely at their own risk. SDE/TeamNF will not attempt to
arbitrate the results of 1 v 1 battles, nor will we get involved in disputes about
amounts agreed and/or payment, nor will we attempt to enforce player to player
agreements.

=======================================================

Loans:

Any items (sailors, ships, credits, points etc) loaned from one player to another are
at your own risk. Items loaned will not be forcibly recovered by TeamNF or SDE. This
includes issues where items are loaned to a shared account and someone with
shared access to that account passes them, sells or even dismisses them.

In effect, if you are not 100% sure of who you are lending your items to, or you
cannot afford the risk of not getting them back, then it is advisable to reconsider the
loan in the first instance.
