Nah other than KM, it is definately IJN next then MN. MN gets back torps on their SS1
only SS1 with back torps. Also all MN Subs get 6 torps in the front. IJN has highest
damage torps, along with the fastest torps, and highest splash damage range. Plus
the IJN get 5 support slots on the ss4 with 8 torps in front none in rear. US is just
behind MN, but better than UK.

Either he's calling proxy torps cheap, or he's referring to the fact that they have low
hull costs compared with other nations subs.

Anyway, the consensus is that the best subs are either IJN (torp damage, stay under water
longer, extra support slot, lots of tubes), or KM (speed, turning force, crit dive fast,
proxy torps, u-flak guns)

Well the US is about to get the Mississippi remod, which is, bar none, the most Ss's
in the game. =)
