Hi guys,

New SS2 captain here, and I have a couple of questions.

1) Does the planesman's ability affect the rate of air consumption in an SS?
2) Is it true that if you have so many experts/vets that your ability is greater than 100%, the true
ability of the sailor is still only 100%? (i.e even if my engineer's ability percentage is supposed to be
120%, his true ability is only 100%)
