Yes, either winning an event (which is highly unlikely), or buying it off someone for at
least 50 million credits (usually the minimum is 50 mill, but usually the price will go up;
how much it goes up depends on the supply/demand) will get you the EBB.

Edit: Oh, I forgot. You can't trade EBBs anymore since the useless patch, so buying it
off someone is not an option anymore.

It is called an EBB because you earn it for winning events. It is not for sale. The only
way you can get one is to win an event or buy it from another player who already has one.
