So disappointed now.
Don't know to give up on the UK BB or train a new set of gunners.
And my lvl 79 gunner 12/10 is 147 vets and 12/9 is 149 vets.
Throw them away pains me.

Sigh.

So basically no, you will never hit the reload cap and you are doomed to shoot slowly for
the rest of your ship's sorry life :p

My bad, forgot that bit

989 total crew for a 120 uk gunner

True ab = (4*v+e)*ability = 2700000
supposing v+e = 989

(4*v+(989-v))*ability = 2700000

Your gunner should have +8 growth in reload if im not wrong (displayed now i mean)
and at level 120 should have around 1646 ability (boosted)

So that means
(4*v+(989-v))*1646 = 2700000
3*v+989 = 1640
v = 217 vets

So.. well, you will need around 217 vets in a
Huge UK ACC Gunner with base 9 on rld to
reach the reload cap

ACC gunners won't reach the reload cap anymore, unless heavily vetted.

Remember they change the cap jimmy.
Somewhere that is slightly inferior to 2 700 000.
