So, I can put a new sailor as the brigde operator? But I also noticed that when I put a new sailor on a gunner position, it says he's unqualified or there is a mixed nationality. What do I do about that?

I'm afraid that the Radioman serves no function other than to communicate with other players. He cannot operate any weopons, so is pretty useless onboard the ship. There is a revolving red circle to the lower left of the screen in the shipyard, this is where the Radioman should be placed at all times. I hope you have other sailors to use.

Ok. one more question. i finally got a destroyer, and so I upgraded one of my sailors to a radio man, and put the radio man on my destroyer. but now i can't do that target practice thing with the 11 unmanned/unarmed ships. why can't do that now?

To take a ScreenShot press your print screen (prtscn) key.

Go to paint program, and paste (either with edit, paste or ctrl-v or a right click paste).

Save as a .JPG file.

After that you should be good to go.
