Hopefully... the acc is really bad, even when I shot with the ship in stop position, all the

All elite BVE gunners reach the accuracy cap around level 70. However most of the
accuracy on each ship is determined by the fcs and not the gunners themselves. Fcs
does about 75-85% for accuracy.

I played the richelieu with over 100 EBVE gunners and the spread is still bad.

Everyone already knows its horrible, but the spread is relatively better with elites at
higher levels, than elites at level or non-elites in general.

You can still accuracy cap at lvl 120 and your spread will just suck big time.
As "horrible" spread is a feature for MN.

If you classed your gunners on time and have them filled up with recruits and
experts and 129 vets then they will have easily reached the cap.

However the accuracy cap for your gunners becomes higher for each lvl you gain on
your gunners. Normally once your gunners are capped they will automatically be
capped for the next lvls as well.

From what I have heard the spread on strassbourg and richelieu is just inherently
pretty bad. Having a good spread is a bit of a personal opinion, but most likely
you're looking at lvl 110 - 120 and closer to 120 at that. (which is basicly the case
with the spread for all bb's)
