Desolate	Howdy guys. Just wanting to get some clarification on the MN planesman. Judging by the ability growth increase per promotion, it would seem as though it's not really worth promoting them. What's the crew growth rate? Trying to figure whether it's worth promoting them or not.

nekoeu	Don't class them as 1st till you can get Chief planesman. You'll save a lot of rep/rest ability and you'll be really close to 900 SD with decent support crew onboard. I'd do exactly the same with sonarman (acutally I did but with USN).
