I rolled a 13/12 bo.

Did you bve your BO, and are more vets better in the long run if you have to remove recruits?

All I've managed to roll so far are 2 10/12 engies.

a year ago when i was planning my uk crew this guide sealed the deal for me

i went with

3 elite reps with 150 vets
7 eng +12 with +10 in rep
+12 rep BO

I wasnt quite hard core enough to go 8 engi 2 rep, but i consider the 7 engi 3 rep setup
the best bang for your buck.

1 - read the 2nd post in this topic, it's not UP-TO DATE yet...but it's close enuf and
it's a perfect starting point for any UK BB driver.

2 - get *aiming FCS* or as we call it manual ASAP....as a BB using auto = easy kill
so I stronglly suggest no matter how frustrating it is AT START learn it.

3 - Revange uses 15'' guns :p, all so I suggest thinking about geting Acc BASE sailor
and classing them as RLD, they performe much beter then acc gunners.

It actually doesn't take as much cash as you think. I "worked" as a referee for one
season and got enough experts to get two of my repairers to 380+ (vetcap) and 300
respectively.

You just need to wait until vet events, use Moltke and AA.

But I guess spending 5 minutes typing in a formula and the abilities of sailors at 120,
using copy pasta a few times is a "waist of time".

Oh shush. Dude's right and you know it. We do waste too much time on this game. However,
most of us don't care.

Anyway. Nice guide. I wasn't sure that you could get away with 2 reps it you really dump
cash on them.

"Jesus, where do people find the time for this?? Theres a thick line between 'game' and
'waist of your time' O_O "

Your grammar and spelling are as consistent as your ability to produce rational thought.
I respect anybody who has contributed a lot of time in their guides, especially if their
guides require spreadsheets and excel, which other Navyfield guides usually don't have.

@Luke/whoever is trolling on an unknown account.

Its pretty easy knowing how to use excel and how the game works.

It is also why I win at the game and you most likely lose.
