I'd say get 5 Fgt, 3 TB and 3 DB. Definitely need 5 Fgts later in life.

At lower levels, it is more difficult to use TBs since they get shot down by a ships AAW
quite easily. DBs don't have to worry so much since they drop their bombs from a much
higher altitude.

I prefer TBs to DBs, but to each his own I guess.

Actually even DBs can kill subs when they are floating, and TBs can`t kill subs when
they are invisible(=most of the time). No such a big difference exist.

About TB ability of killing small ships, that is NO NEEDED in GB.

When I tested 6DBs vs 6TBs in Yorktown, my avarage attack was about 110k vs 55k.
But you can keep sight in TB so less chance of being whined.

also tbers are good for killing almost anything
dbers it takes more skill to kill smaller ships.

They both have advantages.
IMO db's for big ships tb's for subs, and smaller ships.
