It would be better to level up a second BO on the Nevada line, and get some extra levels
on your supports in the process. Besides, the Guam's speed, scouts, and AA make it
arguably the best US BB1. Especially given the limitations of a BB1 in a GB.

It wouldn't be too smart. Your $20 can be used to level up a new crew (10$ for
premium subscription as well as some premium/elite sailors if you will). That way you
have both BB lines to use as well.
