Take colo as your 16" BB2 and level to penn 43 on the other line.

that way you have the best of the two world and can experience two very different
playstyle with your USN BB2s.

I've had them both, I prefer the Colorado more, becouse it can turn faster, so you
can avoid shells better, and the main guns are awesome, it can run at lvl78 I guess
(can't exactly remember lvl) the 16" trips, I did that before, I got 200k attack :D

I would say, take the colorado.

The Guam is so much better than the NM30 (speed - especially at-level OH, AA, scouts),
that the question is NM45 vs Colorado.

NM45:
* Better firing arcs
* More room for AA. (The Colorado is restricted to as few as 3 binds in some cases, while
the NM45 can always carry at least 6)
* Marginally faster OH (0-1 knots, depending on the engineers and setup).

Colorado:
* Better turning force (best of any US BB123)
* Better AAW (almost as good as the SoDak)
* Better main guns (The dual 16s have better armor penetration and seem to have a tighter
spread than the 14" Mk 7 trips. And if you're feeling silly, there are always the SoDak Ds)
