SS guns are fricken powerful km 3" deck gun did about the same as 11" gun

Put on a gunner and kill BBs with your gun on SS xD

Hasley is normal for KM SS2

Torp damage got transfered form personal exp to shared exp. This made all ships using
torps to get very bad exp (Kitas, Subs).

if u have premium ships, exp your ss crew on these instead of an ss.

apart the training in the use of submarines, which can be useful,
exp in a sub is really low and u will get tons of more experience
if u put them on another ship that is not a sub.

currently i'm training my ss3 to ss4 in my andrea doria.

Didn't some people said SS xp is personnal xp on GB1 and is shared on GB2?
