Does the torpedoman on the sub need to be boosted?

garylizncu	I remember the torpedo reload time would cap in the level of 50s. However, the main gunner could get 40% of reload time cap after it is boosted. Does the samething happen on the torpedoman? Do I need to boost my torpedoman on the sub?

Happymeal2	My torpers are 73 and theyre boosted, just in case it is worth it. And theyre still getting better by the level...

phm96	In the long run, Boosted torper in sub will help to save lots of sailors weight and maintain its reload ability cap. Unless, your elite/+12 torper is vet min 150 + high level (lvl 90 & above) then you may consider not to boost. IJN torper should reach reload cap earlier then other nation, since IJN advantage is +2 in torp ability.
