  • Worth leveling Rld as AA gunners?

So right now I have a pair of lvl 82 AA gunners and A 2nd pair of RLD gunners (lvl
61). Both are BVE. I am wondering if it si worth speding the time to level up the
RLD gunners to use as AA on the L1+ ships? My main gunners are lvl 94 BVE Rld
Gunners.

I would do this with a CV BO on a Dunk.

Is the performacne difference between the RLD gunners and AA gunners going to
maek tht much of a differene on the RP 10's?

In my opinion, the RLD gunners are better. Why ?

First, they can reach the rld cap much sooner and as well as acc cap, therefore, they can
fire faster and quicker; moreover, gunner can use the N or L version of the gun so you can
get extra range if you want to. Second, you can use them as a secondary set to train
supporter or new sailor, definitely. The downside of this is weight, each D gun is 100
tons heavier than the A one and it requires more gun space too, 54 to 50

If you don't mind the weight part, then RLD gunner is the better choice for you. Since UK
BBs have the worst AA ability due to T gun slot and AA gun, you may consider AA with other
ships. Anyway, it's your choice
