While you are at it,you'd make sure you have:

2 Armory sailor with good reload (for AA. do not class AA till late. See stickied guide
bout IJN AA for more info)
4-5 engy
3-4 rep
(so long as you have 8 support)
1 scout

That way you wont have to come back AGAIN to complete the BB6 crew.

You won't even be able to enter GB's without guns 11 inches or larger. Unless you're
planning on using 8 inchers and running blitz you're going to have to wait until your
gunners are higher.

No worries, boom is more rusty than this thing.
