question as to class my gunners right away or not

Okubo	So my RN gunners are Elite Reload gunners, I'm planning to class them as accuracy gunners. So here is the initial lay out. note this computation of stat gains are not with premium boosts. note Gunner base stat gain : Accuracy base = 11 + 8 + 4 = 23 Reload base = 13 + 8 + 4 = 25 Accuracy heavy gunner base stat gain : Accuracy base = 11 + 8 + 4 = 23 + 8 = 31 Reload base = 13 + 8 + 4 = 25 - 10 = 15 Accuracy Huge gunner base stat gain : Accuracy base = 11 + 8 + 4 = 23 + 8 = 31 + 5 = 36 Reload base = 13 + 8 + 4 = 25 - 10 = 15 - 4 = 11 note The +8 and +4 stats came from the armament sailor and gunner classes. And the corresponding + 8 and +5 are stats added from accuracy heavy and huge gunners. note The next class of gunners is accuracy heavy gunners at 42, and the next one is at level 65. At these levels RELOAD stat gets a -10 at level 42, and a -4 at level 65. I was planning to class my gunners maybe a little late so I can maximize the +25 at my Reload stat. question is do you think its worth it? And at what level should I start to class them as the accuracy heavy gunners? RN is known to have slow reload guns. maybe by this way I can reach reload cap a bit faster then expected. Comments and suggestions would be very much appreciated.

downplease	If you class them Huge RLD on time your spread will suffer in the short run but once you get the quad 14" N, you're pretty much gravy as long as you can aim. Once you reach time to choose BB4, I would highly recommend going L1 to avoid hating yourself for getting arguably the worst BB4 (Vanguard). That is not to say you cannot class late. A friend of mine classed his late and did alright. It does more or less come down to how well of a player you are. There are many players on Bismarck with amazing crews and terrible skill, so it is a waste of their crew.

Pathfinder19	Class them reload on time. Your accuracy will be fine.
