Question about neutral (unclassed) sailors

Edmund	So I power-leveled a sailor for a BO, and he's level 24 now, so I nationalize him to IJN per the patch. However, can I keep him unclassed (ie. just IJN Sailor) still, or do I have to class him as an IJN BO now? The reason I am asking is because I want to level him on ships of any nation, as I don't have the gunners for him to act as a BO to go through the DD/CL stage.

Edmund	Thanks. That was the answer I was looking for. I wasn't too sure by looking at the patch notes.

tinguy	to make this a bit clearer, YOU ONLY NEED TO NATION CLASS BEFORE LVL 25 not nation + job, class for whatever job you plan on using the sailor when your ready to, just make sure to class for the nation before lvl 25

firezmissles	Yes thats right, its now you have to choose a nation before lvl 24. Example:I powerleveled a UK sailor to lvl 75 before I classed him to BO.
