Anything 10/10 or better is fine for KM. KM gunners cap the earliest so as long as you BVE
you will be fine by about level 70 when you gain access to the 14.96" duals. If you plan
on playing through the CL/CA stages in blitz 12 accuracy may be better for you to enjoy
the best CA line in the game. Mpro->Dland->PPro is godly in non hobbit war maps.

KM has high acc and rld growth, and rld cap is harder to reach than acc cap, so I'd advise
you to take good reload base gunners, 10/12 are fine, I myself have a pair of 9/11 (i
thought they were 10/12 when buying, had no time to check...) and they are capped since
80s in both acc and rld.

In KM we have men manning guns; no reload or accuracy sailors.
If you want PS line, rel 12 (and boosted) is the way to go since those 11"s are slow
muzzle loaders at level.

Acc is almost irrelevant in KM; you'll have a shotgun spread most of the times after
CL.
