You are going to have to wait a little bit before you can get approved on NGP...I have
been waiting for over a week, sent messages to both admins and still no reply.

No you dont have to 'dedicate', you just join so we can help you if you need help. We
don't care if you make accounts and dont return to them, window shopping as a member is
just fine with the NGP.

Registered on there. Do not see any guide or anything? Although I can see a thread
were people are registering as actual NGP members? So does this mean I need to
become an dedicated sprite creater and such even though I might just be wanting
to give this a quick try and thats it?

The new sprite website is www.navyfieldgraphics.tk I believe they have a guide on
spriting in one of the sections there. Hope this helps.

I would like to ask the same as the poster, well rather just provide me with the
things I would need to start paintin em. Not that I would be able to do anything of
