Both ships are virtually the same.

Ise is built for running though. while Fuso is more for attacking
however Ise remodel into a CV would own Fuso and gives you more depth
since Fuso has terrible aa slots
specially when you find yourself being hunted down by an AW L1/2
best to deal with em' is

-maintaining em' blind, kept em' scouted, and hit them below the belt^^ below the
water line ;P


I guess I should say Ise is meant as a defensive BB
(attacking from the shadows like a good general at war should.)

while Fuso is more offensive/aggresive BB
(truly the grunt in the family. Fuso is the grappler/scrapper, the closer you stay to
the enemy the better. range is always limited in a conventional BB only Fuso with
16" guns has monty stoping power minus the slow reload of a bb4/5)

I think Ise is better,because Ise can remodel to Ise1943,and its multifunction and
funny!!

In my opinion would be Fuso over Ise

Fuso is better than Ise in GB, GB2. unless you have a high enough level gunners, Ise's
spread would be very bad and render its guns useless against enemy BB
