why is there still a technical ban on selling neutrals? Or atleast, why is the neutral trading still not allowed in the trade system? I believe SDE got rid of the sale of neuts due to the release of MN, and they didnt want people to have crazy high crews right away (or atleast thats what i got from it, im not saying im right, its just speculation). Im sure most people miss being able to buy neutrals without going through the PAIN of classing them. (especially when say... someone wants it classed, then bails, and your stuck with a classed neutral that takes long as hell to sell)
It would make sence ONLY allow the sale of neutrals in the trade system AT Level 12 ONLY (no level 1-11 or 13+). because lets face it.... for people to sell neutrals, you have to class them right? well, if you have to class the sailor, it takes twice as long (ususally) because it depends on what someone wants at that time, in that nation. This way, people can buy neutrals again, and use them for what they need without the need to classing.
*So the idea is to allow selling of neutrals only in the trade sytem at level 12. This way, there is no need to class a sailor, the buyer can SEE the BASE of the sailor, and those people trying to sell their neutrals don't have to class the sailor allowing it to be sold faster.
Also for sailors like the seaman, people can buy the sailor at level 12, class it into the nation they need, level it to 20, and make it a seaman at level 20. (something that has always been hard to find good sailors for since the ban on selling and buying neutrals.)
