u will not receive a promotion.
from the start to level 120 u will always be called noob.
noob is the max ranking u can achieve in this game.

apart that,
there is a ranking system based on badges,
the highest level sailor in ur ship will make 1-2-3-4 silver bars,
or 1-2-3-4 gold bars.
when ur bo reaches lvl 100 u get a blue badge,
when it reaches lvl 120 a purple and gold badge.
depending on ur bo level from the radioman
u can check ur title (admiral, lieutenant etc)


At last there is another ranking system.
it appears next to your name here in the forum,
and u can get experience points for that and gain level.
If u see a player with for example level 50, u can tell
by that , that he is an uber spammer in forum.
THe higher level, the more spammer you are.
