AA Escort sometimes won't shoot...?

Maistral	my escort at certain times won't use it's pompoms. what i did was, i placed the AA gunners on the R-slots of my emerald, and nothing on the T-slots. similarly, i placed the pompoms on the R-slots, again nothing on the T-slots. yeah, sure, sometimes the escort would shoot, but there are certain times that i'm being bombed and yet it refuses to shoot >.> somebody help :(

RSX1	When this happens to me I tell it to cease fire then fire while the enemy is in range of its guns dosn't always work but it seems to help my escort wake up some times.

rocketeer1	I have noticed that same problem with lower level AA gunners. But it seems to go away at higher levels.

richardphat	It's perfectly normal that they won't shoot sometime, despite the planes are close to your escort by your hair. You're doing nothing wrong. It is just the artificial intelligence, that isn't really intelligent enough to tell there is an enemy plane to shoot.
