how about an option to stop you crew from getting exp, but you can "turn on/off" the
option, so you can start getting exp again.

the idea is to stop you crew from getting too fat for your ship ie a crew for you asw or
aa ships. also, that means you can play blitz forever if you want

Previous post just made me realize something, its not what I'm saying that is not
understood but rather how I am saying it.

Having any sailor higher than the other (with the exception of mixed gunners) is not a bad
thing. The problem with gunners/supports being below the BO is people using the ships
their BO enables them to with below level crew. I can have a lvl 120 BO play a crew with
BB1 supports. So what, as long as I'm not putting myself in a Monty with BB1 guns because
the gunners are that low and level 60 engineers there is no problem, actually benefits me
in the sense that I am guaranteed to be able to spot my shells and have accurate guidelines.

"stopping your crew from getting exp would be efficient; rather than making up another
new crew so that your crew can catch up, stopping the exp on your crew will just make
your other crew to catch up, thereby getting exp efficiently without suffering from time
loss, and many people would rather do that than make another set of crews"

I have tried to explain this logically once and I will try one more time. If people want
to think this way so be it.

You are saying to gain more exp, you want to turn off (stop getting exp on a sailor). In
other words, you want to stop getting exp to get it faster. This is the only other way I
can try to explain it. Why are your crew behind in the first place? The answer is most
likely because you couldn't fit them on the ship and had to rotate. So now you are going
to focus all effort on raising 1 sailors xp and neglect all others (which using your
examples still need exp), as well as future sailors you could level so you have a head
start on next crew and don't go through this ordeal? That is damn near the exact opposite
of efficient. At no point will stopping exp on a sailor that still needs exp be efficient.

And again, the only idea to this is people wanting level 60 experted/vetted crew as blitz
is where level restrictions are.

Just don't upgrade you ship, as your bo moves higher it will get less exp and supports
will catch up. Or just get all crew to 120 then you will stop getting experience.

is it just me or blitz room are very rare this days.. so with this scenario do u think some
1 would really bother staying in blitz level with the ugly ships(xcept maybe for casual
gamers).. or they would want to increase their lvls to get more cool ships that can pawn
the others and be recognized in the real NF world..im saying that its not all negative
here., let not focus on the bad side always, we must learn to also think about the good
side.. it can also be used as a positive tool.,.

"how many people in this game spends 18 hours playing this. If your solution to get to
120 is by making up another crew, how about those other people who cant because
they dont have the time in the world? i for example, can only play 1 hour every day, and
the experience you cash in isnt enought, because either you always lose due to sucky
team or by crashing flags. people like me dont want to spend long hours just to make a
complete crew, we want to get exp very efficiently in order to balance out the time of
playing and by getting your goals."

What is efficent about getting xp by turning off xp on a sailor?

"and what about those bb1's? your saying that when if they implemented this
suggestion, their can work effectively. in my opinion they should be able to at least get
the shells a bit tight, not a shotgun that barely hits anyone and lands on the corner of
the map. and it is ridiculous to not be able to spot where you land your shells too."

Again, people that want this simply want highly VE level 60 sailors for blitz. Simple
solution to spread/accuracy = levels. This puts you out of Blitz. Want a simpler way
spend money, will cost you but counter acts low level gunners by boosting their ability.

people that are arguing this are contradicting themselves when presented counter points.
I see no stability from anyone supporting this.

"and as said, it isnt just about blitz, take a look on a big picture, if you got a lvl 119 bo
with your crew lagging way behind for some reason, say lvl 40 support (lol), would you
level up another bo? "

Am I the only one that really sees the laughter in this?

For someone talking about the big picture you seem to be narrow sighted yourself. 1, so
you want to wait to get that BO up to 120, is it just terrible to go ahead and get it to
120 while working on your support?

You want to turn the xp off your BO to work on the level 40 support... OK put the BO on a
BB1 and trim the guidelines.... Magically you'll see next to no xp (difference in sailor
level) on your BO. Guess what, you'll get to see your shells land too!

And to answer your question about bringing up another BO, yes I would.. and guess what,
I'd level 2-3 more supports with it, either a different nation to get a head start or same
nation to sell or help out fleetmates.

Again anyone that is blown away by this idea (whether they admit it or not) wants it for
the purpose of putting a bve or VE lvl 60 crew in blitz.

"its time to grow up from blitz and join gbs"

I wonder if you understand the irony in your statement. All you are doing is trading one
fail game mode for another. Atleast the majority of players in blitz have an excuse when
they fail, they are mostly inexperienced. In GB however the fails from some players are
just inexcusable.

You need to think of blitz like a capped ff-ca room that SDE ruined by adding BB/CV to the
mix. Anyway if you want to reduce your exp you can always do what I do and TK a fleetmate
at the end of the game or press space when someone crosses you. ;)

+1 rec for the thought

It is usefull for the CVs who forgot to lvl that extra pilot and now have him 40 lvls lower

Although in light of the other responses it would be better to have an option to focus
the xp on only 1 or two sailers, say that sailer will get the normal per battle xp plus like
5% of what the other guys WOULD have gotten, and have the other guys get only 1%
of normal xp

so then your not toggling xp but it helps with the lvling of extra crew
