  • Should i just start over?

It seems I've messed up my first account horridly.

I accidentally placed my AAGunner as a regular Gunner, and my Gunner as an
AAGunner, and I've been playing like this ever sense.

Also, few things I've noticed are how I lack range, my shells disappear at max range
and this makes it very difficult to use Manual aim.

I used up many of my experts trying to vet, many failed miserably. So i came to the
forums, and so far I've been hearing many that are around my level have 150+
Experts, and around 50+ Vets, while i remain with around 20+ Experts and 10+ Vets.

My BO is Level 40, as are most of my other guys, many are screwed up on class, I
was foolish and didn't know what to do.

mate as u told u used aa as main gunners and main gunners as aa.. your bo is lvl 40..
it's still low lvl.. so lvl up another crew ( an ss crew with good gunners and aaw .. cv
crew is too big. so u ll not have space for 2 crew toghter..) ... when u reach lvl 40 with
the new gunners and aaw...turn back and use old BO and then u ll have a ss crew and
bb crew..

keep in mind that you need to top of your rookies, if you don't
they actually lower your ability rate (by negative %)

and a % of you'r rookies promotes to experts after each battle, so you want as
many as possible to get a lot of experts

Valerio,

Don't forget SDE is giving away 3000 web points for free expert/vet conversions.
These would make a big difference on your crew since you only have a few experts
and vets. Also, you may want to look into buying a boost for your Bridge Operator
since you are having problems marking your shells at max range. My KM crew went
from bad to excellent with a few vets and some boosts.

Go to:

rchText=&Ctg_1=&Ctg_2=&Ctg_3=&Mode=ok&Page2=1

That will give you 200 experts or 20 vets I believe.

That's exactly what i was thinking of doing. But now that my gunners just hit
HeavyGuns, they are ACCURATE as can be! My spread was ridiculously good, even past
the green lines.

I think i just needed some more patience, thanks guys!

Well, if u have time during the weekends, I bet u can make the same lvl crew in a few days.
Try to get +12 bases (expect potentiality, it should be +15) or if u have money, buy elites.
Dismiss the screwed sailors (I don't think that any1 would buy them) and keep or sell the correct
ones.
Its just a suggestion, u don't have to follow it.

Not being able to spot your shells don't mean that they disappear. If they hit something,
they will still cause damage.

And during the weekends for this event, the chances of being able to convert experts into
veterans is doubled.

I didn't screw up the BO, and I vetted many experts, with a few losses as well, but now
i can shoot just a bit farther then before. But going max range still makes the shells
disappear.

And this event, I'm not understanding it. What do we have to do, or where do we read
about this event?

"KM has the advantage that our main gunners, regardless of their bases, will reach the
reload and accuracy caps early."

Someone finish this sentence please.
KM has the disadvantage that our main gunners, regardless of their bases, will...

Range depends on the gun you're using, not your gunners, and at level 40 you should have
guns with superawesome range (do a quick forum search, or read the stickies). Your spread
will suck though.

Shells disappearing means your BO doesn't have enough ability (Potential), but that's
because you have very good range for your level...unless you screwed him up too.

It depends on how screwed up they are. You can get by with +10 on the primary stat on each
sailor, but any less you might want to do a restart. Or you can stick with them, just
means your sailors will actually be about ~5 levels less useful than what they could be
