depend on the gunners' acc/rld base.

lots of ppl liked the acc/rld/acc combination. but really if you keep your gunners bve
they'll hit the cap for both eventually anyways. Its just a matter of how early you can
reach the cap.
I was happy with my 11/11 gunners even tho i classed them acc all the way. now they're no
different than elites
