the vet cap is 40% of the total sailor at any lvl

example if you got 500 sailor (vet/expert/ rookie) then u can get 200 vet

all my uk engie got more then 300 vet

sometime i have burn 1000, 1500 expert to get 10 vet, so yes i think more you have
harder the convertion will be. and if you plan to super vet your cree wach your
point!!! whit +250 vet each convertion cost you +/- 3k 3.5k points

the best trick is too wait for event and pray nf god lolll

i miss so bad the real old event whit 300% convertion rate

Yes, it seems to get exponentially harder to get new Vets.

The 1st 50 are easy, the 2nd 50 are more problematic the closer you get to 100.

Past 100... expect to lose a lot of experts.

And it gets harder to get vets as you get more of em?

The Vet cap is currently 40% of your total crew and you will get a message saying that you
have reached it.

So, the actual value will increase with the crewmans level

What about on a lvl 59 sailor? Same cap and I can reach it by doing the gamble?
