The closest you could probably get to ninjaing in a GB2 is to wait in the BB line, dodge,
and run out whenever the enemy BB line is looking elsewhere or is blind, take a shot,
and run back. Lots of swerving involved to avoid incoming return fire.

If you like to be a ninja, then use a SS. There problem solved.

GB2s are usually too crowded to do much ninjaing. That said, you can wait for the enemy
to be blind and rush. If they're not careful with their scouts and you have AA, you can
make them blind. Depending on how many people are playing and how they're setup, there
may be a shortage of enemies in the north, center, or south. It can work to rush into
that (often underscouted) area, and then attack one of the exposed flanks.
