@ alex. Special force does not change to seaman...

And besides, aircraft stats does not really matter anymore for ftrs or bombers.. i think..

i resolved, making gunners and rotate sailors , thanks for help

Raise gunners, rotate sailors on ships, or go another line before CV

i can change but , how to gain more experience? because without attacking the exp is
very low.

well hes a special force, so hell be a seaman or a pilot, if he goes seaman, it wont
matter, kinda

if he goes pilot well thats when it gets tricky.
for a scout, it wont matter, for fighters or bombers he might be disadvewntaged but
not by that much if you change him now, i dont know how big of a difference it
makes but if you can change him as soon as possible.
