Why don't they have a ECV for all the cv players that play.Start it with cv3

Neutrals need an ebb too. Maybe an old dreadnought of some south american navys
(Argentina, Brazil, Chile,) or maybe some Spanish, or Austro-Hungarian battleship. Or just
a monitor with one huge double barrel turret.

*Edit-Oh, and why wouldn't the Tirpitz work? The Revenge, Nevada, Kongo, Scharnhorst,
Queen Elizabeth, Colorado, Ise, Gneisenau, Hood, New Mexico, Fuso, O Pro2, KGV, North
Carolina, Nagato, Bismarck, Vanguard, Iowa, Yamato, H39, L2, Montana, SY, and H44 all have
Unique variants of the ships, while still existing in-game. Somebody tell me why a
handful of ships that are currently only Uniques wouldn't work for EBBs again?

I prefer the US EBB4 to be the Missouri. Of course if the KM EBB4 isn't the Tripzit it
would have to be a H-42 (improved version of the H-39)

Also ECVs would make great addition to the game. I just hope that everyone would like my
