I can just use my gunners for vanity then :D. The missing reload doesn't hurt at all
anyways.

The best way is to do it R-R-R, which causes both ACC and RLD to cap at around 78 or so.
Most people choose to go with A-R-R or something close to that for better BB1 and BB2
performance.
A bad choice is going A-A-A because ACC caps just barely after you class them, making the
extra boost worthless.

So if you have decent gunners, go A-R-R, if you have money or time to get them VE at
least, go R-R-R because it pays off later.

They are all the same in the end, though.

@kapusta
sodak spread will always be kinda random due to the fcs it has
once your gunners are higher level you'll see a better grouping. and yes, you have
reached the acc cap already.

@Aingeal: ...I went acc-acc-acc, and I'm fairly certain my gunners aren't acc-capped yet.
120 or so vets on each, pretty much full experts. Or do SoDak guns always have sad
spread?

From watever I read, all gunners to eventually cap by the time you reach monty.
I am right now at Iowa (around level 95) and I classed my 12/10 rld gunners as ACC-
ACC-RLD. Is this gonna screw up something when I get to monty ?

first its always better to have the same values on your gunners, altough its not a massive
fail gotta restart case.

There is no "bad" way to class. Just some that allows a faster capping of the gunners, at
the cost of lower level performance, or awesome lower level accuracy, at the cost of later
levels reload.

acc acc rld is the "heavy acc" way, that allows great blitz performance at the cost of
hitting the rld cap only around bb4, maybe even halfway to monty.

rld rld rld is, obviously, the way to the better BB3-4 performance, altough you'll prolly
hate the CA and BB1 level with a passion unless you supervets the gunners.

acc acc acc is dumb. classing acc acc means you hit the acc cap around 65. which is the
time to class the 3rd time. so this one is the only useless classing, altough you still
end up capped both in rld and acc at the BB5 level.

Most used compromises are either rld acc rld or acc rld acc.

For slightly more rld heavy with decent lower level performance, you have to class the
first one acc, so you can get some accuracy going up to the CL and CA. That means acc rld
rld. you'll have the cap by iowa then.

note that its really that mid section of the grind that is influenced by the choice, after
monty everyone is rld capped and acc capped, even acc acc acc.

Its heavily personnal.

If you ask me a suggestion, I'll tell you acc rld rld.

but thats me.

then what i've done is wrong classing? rel, acc, acc?
what kind of classing should be done if the base is:

12/10 Acc/Rel

10/12 Acc/Rel

im still confused on what to do..

rld.

The smarter way is in fact rld rld rld, but you pay for better mid 70s performance by
slightly more painful BB1 stage.

In fact it all cap out. The only "wrong" way is acc acc acc as classing acc acc means you
cap the accuracy at the lvl 65...which is the level they class again. Unless you go for
totally vetless gunner of course (which is advised to avoid :P)

The most used one I think is acc rld rld, so you get better blitz level performance and
dont sacrifice too much reload. (with standard BVE gunner you should acc cap at the later
60s still and rld cap at higher 70s. That said im not sure of the *new* cap (still a few
months old patch)

Always keep in mind rld cap is harder to reach than acc cap.

If you have some cash it might be worth it to roll your gunners to 130-140 vets on an
event. That way going rld acc rld or rld rld rld is much easier.
