why the hell are you useing AA on a Neutral Ship?!?!!?!

Just no, get an event ship from one of the nations, and put AA guns on it... problem
solved.

and remember... some ships are NOT meant to use AA. (EX: DD's and FF's are meant
to scout out and kill subs.... given DD's can do it better, and are more specialized in
killing subs... but FF's can do it too)
