My fighters are level 60, I have heard that not classing them and pushing them to 250
vets is totally worth them staying non-ace pilots.

I'm just wondering if anybody else has done this before and what they have
experienced.

@enixliu

Think you have that backwards. Classing them to sq leader means less crew growth (crew
space on sailor), meaning 40% vets is less than if left classed at Fighter. I know there
were other reasons for not classing but the argument about number of vets has to do with
make up for lost ability growth by additional vet capacity.

are we sure on the answer on that one? coz, all the reading i have done points to not
classing them if you plan to have around 120 vets, ace them if you plan to have around 180
vets, and sq leader if you plan to have full vets. are these still correct or are they
old school?

Dont bother, just level them. IJN Fighters base 10+ with 100vets don't seem to improve
from levels 110 to 120, so I can only conclude that they cap out in that region.
