As we all know, Our scouts don't ever class up if you want them to be a recon. This
can be solved and be made alot better.

I think that if you class up a sailor(s) to a rookie pilot, there can be of course

-Fighter Pilot
-Dive bomber
-Torp bomber

I think there should be another class up as like another recon thing. Take for
example (Ace recon pilot) (Recon squad leader) or anything like that. This could
maybe improve fuel, health, speed, and maybe even be ready to add like another
plane to get up. We know that some planes can ready 2 or so. When the recon hits
Squad leader, it can maybe ready up another. I just think scouts should be more
classed up.
