The subject title says it all in short.

Currently, we have 5 nations with a total of 15 standard ships that can be in
harbor. This allows a player to have one BB, one CV and one SS for each
nation, not including Premium and Event ships.

IF the Soviet Navy will be available without premium account, I would like to
see SDE/TNF grant us the ability to house 3 more ships, raising the total of non-
prem and non-event ships to 18. Thus allowing us to also have a BB, CV and
SS in the SN without sacraficing other ships to have them.

Now, your thoughts?
